User Content

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Maintenance reminders are suggestions only; you are responsible for your property and vehicle maintenance decisions.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homi and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Homi at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
